The fully automated pipe CAD modeling Option generates CAD models (called point cloud data) based on three-dimensional laser measurements of plant equipment.
Normally the operator is responsible for recognizing piping point cloud data and joining together pipe CAD data groups in Galaxy-Eye. The automatic package performs all of these processes with just a single click.
The CPU parallel processing feature enables high-speed automated CAD modeling of large volumes of measurement data, reducing the operator workload for CAD modeling by up to 90%.
The package comprises hardware (12 CPU workstation) and software (Galaxy-Eye Automatic CAD Modeling edition).
