The Products and Machinery Department supplies advanced system solutions tailored to the needs of the marketplace, based on our extensive experience providing technical consulting services on client product design and development and production technology.
We offer a wide range of solutions, from CAD, CAE, CAO and CAT digital engineering solutions for design and development applications to 3-D laser measurement systems with advanced sensing capability, GUI visualization systems and precision device development solutions for production technology.
P&M Department solutions comprise four key areas.
1. Software products MPS-RYUJIIN particle flow analysis softwareMPS-RYUJIIN employs a unique approach to flow analysis using particles in place of fluid. It provides a powerful tool for analysis of complex flow behaviors involving rapid changes in the liquid surface such as gear agitation, washing and sloshing.
Flow particle analysis does not require conventional solid mesh modeling. MPS-RYUJIIN provides a faster, more efficient and more user-friendly flow modeling solution.
The latest version features a dynamic load distribution function to speed up computation and analysis of large-scale flows.
OPLABO shape optimization structural analysis softwareFuji Technical Research specializes in optimization systems designed to select optimum designs from a range of combinations in accordance with restrictive parameters such as idealized product specifications, real-world limitations and design variables.
By incorporating robust optimization of production processes at the design stage we can minimize variation in functionality, performance and cost while improving product optimization to reduce reliance on processing accuracy.
MIRAGE SHAPE CAD surface generation softwareMIRAGE SHAPE is a reverse engineering CAD system featuring free surface CAD modeling with STL. It can automatically generate surfaces once the feature lines have been (manually) extracted.
2. 3-D measuring systems Galaxy-Eye 3-D laser measurement point group softwareGalaxy-Eye is an all-new software program capable of almost instantaneous processing of large volumes of measurement data generated by 3-D laser measuring systems.
It addresses many of the key drawbacks of conventional measurement systems and takes the stress out of measuring applications.
FBI-Gauge optic fiber sensing systemsFBI-Gauge uses optic fiber on the surface of the work piece to provide precise measurements of variation in temperature and distortion. Continuous measurement along the optic fiber allows continuous line and plane readings as well as conventional point readings, thus supporting a wider range of measurement applications.
The accompanying 3-D evaluation software generates evaluations directly from the sensor data.
This highly advanced system processes large data volumes in minimum time and provides intuitive representations of shape and measurement results.
3. PrototypesThe 3-D data approach eliminates the need for wooden molds, and can be used to build rapid prototypes in as little as one week, which represents an impressive time saving. It can also be used to build high-precision prototypes capable of withstanding the rigors of evaluation testing.
We offer RP sandbox casting molds for rapid-build prototypes, precision sandbox casting molds for aluminum precision prototypes, and nylon injection and heat-proof urethane molds for precision resin prototypes.
4. Facility equipmentWe offer advanced, high-performance systems developed through tie-ups with leading manufacturers of optical inspection systems and other measuring devices.
We also sell advanced processing solutions such as laser processing and picking systems that help to generate efficiencies in the production environment.
